Bare Wellness Studio — operated on the Bare Links platform.
Classes are booked using credits from your membership or class packs. You may cancel a booking online up to 6 hours before class start for an automatic credit refund. Inside that window, contact the studio — late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session's credit. Leaving a waitlist is free at any time.
Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, where the studio is VAT-registered, are inclusive of 5% VAT with a tax invoice issued for every payment. Refunds for unused purchases are handled by the studio at its discretion and returned to the original payment method. Recurring memberships renew monthly; you can cancel the renewal any time from your account's billing portal, effective at the period end.
Class packs are valid for the period shown at purchase; unused credits expire at the end of that period and are not refundable. Intro offers are limited to one per person.
All members accept the studio's liability waiver at sign-up. Please disclose injuries or medical conditions to your coach; the studio records such notes only to keep your training safe.
Your data is processed under UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 (PDPL) to provide the booking service. Marketing messages are sent only with your opt-in consent. You may request a copy or deletion of your data from the studio at any time.
The booking platform runs on cloud infrastructure (hosting, database, email, and payments) that may store and process data on servers outside the UAE, under appropriate contractual safeguards. Card payments are processed by Stripe; the studio never stores your full card details.
تُحجز الحصص باستخدام الرصيد من عضويتك أو باقات الحصص. يمكنك إلغاء الحجز عبر الإنترنت قبل 6 ساعة من بداية الحصة لاسترداد الرصيد تلقائياً. بعد هذه المهلة، يُرجى التواصل مع الاستوديو — الإلغاء المتأخر وعدم الحضور يؤديان إلى خصم رصيد الحصة. الانسحاب من قائمة الانتظار مجاني في أي وقت.
الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي، وإذا كان الاستوديو مسجلاً لدى الهيئة الاتحادية للضرائب فهي شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة 5% مع إصدار فاتورة ضريبية لكل عملية دفع. يُعالج استرداد المبالغ غير المستخدمة من قبل الاستوديو ويُعاد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. تتجدد العضويات الشهرية تلقائياً، ويمكنك إلغاء التجديد في أي وقت من بوابة الفواتير في حسابك، ويسري الإلغاء بنهاية الفترة الحالية.
باقات الحصص صالحة للمدة الموضحة عند الشراء؛ ينتهي الرصيد غير المستخدم بنهاية تلك المدة وغير قابل للاسترداد. العروض التعريفية محدودة بعرض واحد لكل شخص.
يوافق جميع الأعضاء على إقرار إخلاء المسؤولية عند التسجيل. يُرجى إبلاغ مدربك عن أي إصابات أو حالات صحية؛ يسجّل الاستوديو هذه الملاحظات فقط لضمان سلامة تدريبك.
تُعالج بياناتك وفقاً للمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية لتقديم خدمة الحجز. لا تُرسل الرسائل التسويقية إلا بموافقتك الصريحة. يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها من الاستوديو في أي وقت.
تعمل منصة الحجز على بنية تحتية سحابية (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والبريد الإلكتروني والمدفوعات) قد تُخزّن وتُعالج البيانات على خوادم خارج دولة الإمارات، مع ضمانات تعاقدية مناسبة. تُعالج مدفوعات البطاقات عبر Stripe، ولا يحتفظ الاستوديو بتفاصيل بطاقتك الكاملة مطلقاً.
