About Bare Links
A booking system built inside a studio, for the studios around it.
Bare Links started as the software running a heated pilates and yoga studio on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. It was written at the front desk, between check-ins, because nothing we could buy handled dirhams, VAT, Privilee and Arabic without a workaround. It is now the booking and scheduling system for UAE studios, gyms, recovery spaces and clinics.
Where it comes from
Bare Wellness opened on Saadiyat with reformers, a hot room and a front desk with three minutes between classes. The tools available were priced in dollars, settled overseas, printed receipts our accountant could not use, and counted Privilee visits on paper. We built what the studio needed, one screen at a time, and ran the studio on it.
Why it became a platform
Other owners asked for it. The things that made it work for one studio, a flat price, proper tax invoices, money in a UAE bank account, a team on WhatsApp in the same timezone, are the same things every studio here needs. So we rebuilt it as a multi-studio platform, kept every studio's data separate, and kept the price flat.
What we are building towards

Every studio's members, sales and history are isolated from every other studio's. Export everything as CSV whenever you like. We never sell it, share it or market to your members.

Switching platforms is our job, not yours. We audit, migrate, rehearse and go live with you, and we stay on the line through the first classes.

We do not host your website, we do not run a marketplace, and we do not claim features before they ship. The product pages describe shipped software.
The team
Bare Links is run from Abu Dhabi by a small team that also runs a studio. The people who set up your studio are the people who answer the WhatsApp line. As the platform grows we add people who have worked a front desk, because that is where the software is used.
