Do you integrate with insurance networks?
No. Bare Links is built for self-pay clinics and wellness practices. Patients receive a full tax invoice they can submit for reimbursement.
Are clinical notes encrypted?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the hosting provider, isolated per clinic, and limited by role. Bare Links is not a certified electronic medical record; it holds the notes you choose to keep with the booking.
Can a patient book a specific therapist?
Yes, or the first available. Follow-ups can be booked by reception at checkout with the same therapist.
