Do you work with Privilee and ClassPass?
Yes, and it was built around how Privilee actually works in Abu Dhabi. Staff log Privilee, ClassPass and corporate visits at the desk in two taps; each class can hold seats for partner members so your paying members are never crowded out; you can exclude specific class formats per partner; and a monthly per-partner export makes reconciliation a five-minute job instead of a paper chase.
Can someone book a single class without an account?
Yes. Put a drop-in price on any class or workshop and guests pay online without creating an account, by card or wallet, with a tax invoice issued automatically. Useful for first-timers, visitors and one-off events.
Do you build or host my website?
No, and that is deliberate. Your website, Instagram and Google profile stay where they are. Bare Links gives you one booking link, yourstudio.barelinks.ae, plus a copy-and-paste Book now button for your site. Members book, pay and manage their account there; your team runs everything from the admin backend. Keeping the platform to the booking system and the backend is also what keeps it secure: no third-party pages, uploads or domains sit on the infrastructure that holds your members' data.
Which payment providers do you support?
Stripe powers AED card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with settlement to your UAE bank account. We are onboarding local rails (Telr, Network International) as well, and we configure and test the whole payment flow for you as part of onboarding.
Is Arabic supported?
Yes. Members can switch the booking experience to Arabic with one tap, legal policies are bilingual, and our support team speaks Arabic and English.
Can I message my members on WhatsApp?
The machinery is built in: WhatsApp reminders and follow-ups with approved English and Arabic templates, plus a two-way inbox for member replies. Live sending switches on once your studio's WhatsApp Business number is verified with Meta. We walk you through that as part of onboarding, and everything runs over email in the meantime.
