Yes. The portal shows availability per therapist, or lets the client pick the first available.
Can we take a deposit rather than the full price?
Not today. The portal takes payment in full at booking, or the desk records a payment when the client arrives. If deposits are essential for your business, tell us on the demo call.
Are the invoices valid tax invoices?
Yes. Every payment produces a sequential FTA tax invoice with your TRN and the VAT amount, and every refund a credit note.
