Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Bare Links is a software platform operated for boutique studios in the UAE. You can reach us at admin@barelinks.ae or +971 50 252 5201.

We provide the platform on a concierge basis: our team provisions, configures, themes, and launches your studio's booking system. We do not operate a public self-service sign-up.

2. The service

Subject to your subscription, Bare Links provides class scheduling, memberships and credit packs, appointments, a front-desk console, a branded client-facing booking site, payment collection through Stripe, and FTA-shaped tax invoicing.

We add and change features over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce core functionality.

3. Subscriptions, fees and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in AED through Stripe at the plan you agreed (Launch, Scale, or Enterprise). There is no long-term lock-in: you may cancel and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.

Bare Links does not add a per-transaction fee on your members' payments. Standard payment-gateway processing fees charged by Stripe (or another connected provider) still apply to any card payment, on any platform.

Your members' payments settle to your own connected payment account once it is verified. Until then, during pilot onboarding, funds may be held in the platform account and reconciled to you.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish (prices, schedules, policies), for holding the necessary licences to operate your business, and for your own lawful basis to collect and process your clients' personal data.

You must keep staff login credentials secure and assign roles appropriately. Sensitive actions are role-gated and logged in an audit trail.

• Do not use the platform to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another studio.
• Do not misrepresent your business or your clients' consent.

5. Data and privacy

For your studio's own account data, Bare Links is the controller. For the member and booking data you load into the platform, your studio is the controller and Bare Links is your processor, acting on your instructions.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided on commercially reasonable efforts.

Support is provided by a human team during Gulf business hours by email and WhatsApp. We are not a 24/7 call centre.

7. Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Bare Links is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you directly.
