When we answer
- Support hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 20:00 Gulf Standard Time.
- Urgent issues (members cannot book or pay, the admin backend is unreachable) are acknowledged within one hour during support hours and within four hours outside them.
- Everything else gets a first reply within one business day, usually much sooner.
