Two flat monthly plans, in AED: Launch at AED 3,000 a month and Scale at AED 5,000 a month, each with a 14-day free trial. You put a card on file when you start, nothing is charged for 14 days, and the first payment lands on day 15 unless you cancel before then. After that you are billed month to month and can cancel from Billing at any time. Groups that need bespoke rollouts get an Enterprise quote. No per-member charges, no paid add-ons, and Bare Links adds 0% on top of Stripe's card-processing fees.
Stripe retries the card and we email your billing contact straight away. Your studio keeps running as normal for a 7-day grace period so members can still book and pay. If the invoice is still unpaid after those 7 days, the admin backend becomes read-only and the booking portal shows a short pause notice until the card is updated in Billing. Your data, schedule and member balances stay exactly as they were, and everything switches back on the moment the payment goes through.
You do. Your member list, history and sales are exportable as CSV any time, and they are never shared with other studios or sold to anyone.
