Can members see who else is in the class?
No. Rosters are for staff and instructors. Members see spots taken and spots free, never names.
We run a heated room with a strict cap. Can the desk override it?
No. Capacity is enforced when a booking is made, whoever makes it. If you decide to take one more person for a single session, raise that session's capacity by one; the change is logged.
Do you handle duets and semi-privates?
One-to-one appointments are supported today. Duets and semi-privates run best as a small class on the schedule with a capacity of two or three, which gives you the same waitlist, packs and reminders.
