Memberships and packs
Recurring revenue that runs itself.
Sell unlimited memberships, monthly credit allowances and class packs from your portal and at the desk. Renewals charge the saved card on the right date, credits expire when you say they do, and freezes actually stop billing.

Memberships that renew on their own date.
Each membership charges the member's saved card on its own renewal date, not on the first of the month. If a card is declined, the system retries, tells the member, and flags the account at the front desk so your team knows before the member walks in.
- Monthly auto-renewal, or paid-up-front terms of any length
- Unlimited or credit-based allowances
- Automatic retries and a front-desk flag on a declined card
Credit packs with real expiry dates.
Packs are ledgered credit by credit. Every booking, cancellation, refund and expiry is a line in the member's history, so balances never drift and a dispute takes a minute to settle instead of an afternoon.
- Expiry per pack, with a warning to the member before it lapses
- Freezes for travel or injury that pause the clock
- Imported balances from your old system, spendable from day one
Category-locked packs.
Sell a reformer-only ten-pack or a mat-only monthly and the limit enforces itself at booking. Your front desk does not have to remember who bought what.
- Packs restricted to the class categories you choose
- Clear messaging to the member when a pack does not cover a class
- Mixed packs for studios that want them
Intro offers and promo codes, enforced by the system.
Once-per-customer intro pricing is enforced at checkout, not by asking. Promo codes carry their own limits and dates. Founding-member prices can be closed off on a date and still renew for the people who got in.
- Intro offers limited to first-time members automatically
- Codes with usage caps and expiry
- Legacy prices honoured for existing members
Frozen means frozen.
Freeze a membership and its billing freezes with it. The member's renewal date moves by the frozen period and no charge is taken in between. The same rule applies to the refund path: a full or partial refund claws back the unused credits and issues a VAT credit note that ties out with your books.
- Freeze and unfreeze from the desk or on request
- Refunds with automatic credit clawback
- Credit notes for every refund

Questions owners ask
Questions about memberships and packs.
Short answers. If yours is missing, ask on the demo call.
Can a member freeze their own membership?
Members request a freeze from the portal and your team approves it, or the desk freezes it directly. Either way billing pauses for the frozen period and the renewal date moves accordingly.
What if someone buys the wrong pack?
Refund it in full or in part from the admin backend. Unused credits are removed, a credit note is issued against the original tax invoice, and the member can buy the right pack straight away.
Do existing packs move over when we switch?
Yes. Remaining credits and their expiry dates are imported and reconciled before go-live, so members book with them on day one.
