Gyms and fitness studios
Memberships that renew, classes that fill, a desk that keeps up.
Recurring memberships with saved cards, a timetable of small-group classes with waitlists, personal training that needs a coach's calendar, and a front desk that sells day passes to walk-ins. One system, priced flat, settled in dirhams.

What owners tell us
The four things that come up on every first call.
1
Renewals that quietly fail
A declined card that nobody noticed is a member training for free, or a member who stops coming because they felt awkward.
2
Timetables that change weekly
Coaches rotate, classes move, and every change has to reach the app, the desk and the members.
3
PT booked in a notebook
Personal training lives in the coach's head and the desk's paper, which is fine until the coach is sick.
4
Day passes and corporates
Walk-ins, hotel guests and corporate groups need selling and counting like everyone else.
Memberships with proper dunning.
Each membership renews on its own date on the saved card. If it fails, the member gets three timed messages with a link to fix it, the desk gets a worklist, and the account shows its status at check-in. Freezes actually stop billing.
- Monthly auto-renewing or paid-up-front terms
- Automatic retries and follow-ups
- Freeze and unfreeze from the desk
A timetable that updates everywhere at once.
Change a session and it changes for members, coaches and the desk immediately. Waitlists promote automatically. Coaches see their own classes and rosters on their phone, nothing else.
- Weekly templates with per-session overrides
- Cover coach in two taps
- Rosters on a phone
Personal training on a real calendar.
Coaches publish availability, members book sessions and packs from the portal, and double bookings are refused by the system. PT packs are ledgered like class packs.
- Availability per coach
- PT packs with expiry
- Conflict-free by design
Day passes, drop-ins and corporate groups.
Put a drop-in price on any class or a day pass on the desk. Guests pay without an account and get a tax invoice. Corporate and partner visits are logged separately and reconciled monthly.
- Guest checkout in the portal
- Corporate visit logging
- Monthly partner exports

Questions from this kind of business
Straight answers before the demo.
Where the answer is no, it says no.
Do you handle 12-month contracts?
Multi-month memberships are sold as paid-up-front terms (3, 6 or 12 months) and auto-renewing memberships bill monthly on the saved card. A fixed-term contract billed monthly is not available today; most gyms use a monthly membership with a joining offer instead.
Can members freeze for Ramadan or summer travel?
Yes. Your team freezes the membership for the period agreed with the member; billing pauses and the renewal date moves by the same number of days.
Is there an access-control integration?
Not today. Check-in is done at the desk or by the member on their phone. If you use turnstiles, ask us about the timeline.
